1) The Subject Of The Contract Is To Design And Build A Drainage System Of The Separate Area Of The City Of Serock In The Scope Of Receiving Rain And Snowmelt In The System Of Open Ditches And Rainwater Sewage Networks Closed With Discharge To Evaporate And Infiltration Tanks. 2) The Order Is Carried Out In The Formula Design And Build .3) In Detail The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program, The Specifications And Receipt Of Construction Works And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Attachments No. 8, 9 And 10 To This Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Project Documentation. 4) The Number Of Works To Be Carried Out As A Task Should Be Determined On The Basis Of The Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program As Well As The Specifications Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Possible Vision In The Field. The Shared Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 11 To Swz Should Be Treated As A Study Complementing The Project Documentation, To Serve Only As Help In Identifying The Scope Of Works. The Quantities Indicated In It May Differ From The Actual Amount Of Design Documentation. In The Event Of Any Mutually Exclusive Discrepancies Between The Pre -Works And Design Documentation Or Swz, The Valuation Should Be Prepared Based On Design Documentation, A Possible Local Vision In The Field And Swz Entries. In The Case Of The Scope Of Notes From Documentation, And Not Ruled Out Of The Provisions, They Should Be Treated As A Complement To The Project Documentation.
