1. Determination Of The Subject: 1.1. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Performance Of A Task Consisting In The Combination Of Several Investment Elements For The Final Solution And Use Of The Entire Facility As A School In Kuryłówka When Obtaining An Appropriate Thermal Solution And Obtaining The Wt2021 Coefficient For Elements Of Structure And Lighting. 1.1.1. Renovation Of The Facade - Thickening Of The Insulating Layer Of Polystyrene And Layette Of Thin -Layer Plaster Along The Entire Height Along With Plinth 1.1.2. Replacement Of External Construction Joinery - Doors And Windows 1.2.3. Warming Of Objects Ceilings 1.2.4. Installation Based On The Pv (Photovoltaic Panels) Design Project 1.2.5. Replacement Of Lighting Accessories With Led Lamps 1.2. In Addition, The Scope Includes A System Of Monitoring Thermal Energy Consumption In Real Time To Meet The Requirements Of Para. 1.1. 1.3. Additional Element In Order To Meet The Conditions Described In The Scope Of Art. 100 Pzp., Two Sanitary Facilities Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of The Disabled And The Delivery Of Staircase. 1.4. The Scope Includes The Size Indicated In The Technical Documentation - Where The Main Element Is The Audit And The Scope Described In It As Well As The Explanations And Answers Of The Ordering Party During The Procedures. The Swz Is Also An Inseparable Element, In Particular Section Ii With A Description Of The Elements Not Included In Technical Documents, If You Need To Specify Them. 1.5. The Employer Will Accept Equivalent Evidence (Not Required In The Proceedings But During Implementation), If They Confirm That The Offered Deliveries, Services Or Works Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Contracting Authority, Which The Contractor Must Show Before The Actual Start Of The Task In A Given Scope. Maintaining The Basic Parameters And Requirements Of Materials And Devices And Their Conditions In Use Are Also Described Below. 1.6. Material Cards Or Devices Should Be Presented Before Building For Acceptance In Advance (If They Are Other Than Required In The Documentation Or Descriptions Or There Are No Final Requirements Entered In The Documents) To Give The Ordering Time Time To Read Them And The Technical Comparison. The Material Is Not Accepted, Is Subject To The Contractors Responsibility. However, All Materials And Devices Must Be Allowed To Build On The Polish Market. 2. Technical Conditions For The Performance And Acceptance Of The Task. 2.1. The Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Are Included In The Descriptions Included In Swz As Well As Technical Documentation, In This Case The Energy Audit Of The Object (Attachments To Swz). 2.2. Conditions Of General And Additional Execution Not Included In The Construction Documentation And Necessary For The Proper Performance, Which Together With Swz Conditions Must Be Included In The Offer And Subject To Implementation And Which The Contractor Must Be Valued
