1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of The Area At The Faculty Of The Faculty Of Food And Fisheries Of The West Pomeranian University Of Technology In Szczecin At Ul. Kazimierz Królewicz 4, Precinct 3208, Plot 28.8. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others ,:1/ Reconstruction Of The Road From The Entrance Gate Along The Pavilions A, B, C, D. 2/ Demolition Of The Technical Building; 3/ Construction Of A Parking Lot At The Main Building; 4/Fence Of The Area Along The Border With Plots 2/8 And 21/8; 5/ Erecting A Garbage Rod; 3. The Scope Of The Obligations Related To The Contractor Related To The Implementation Of This Contract Also Includes Additional Benefits Related To The Commencement, Performance And Completion Of Works Constituting The Subject Of This Contract, In Particular: 1) Covering The Construction Site For The Duration Of Construction Works From This Contract, Its Preparation, Securing And Maintenance, Respectively; 2) Acquisition, Acquisition And Delivery Of Necessary Materials And Construction Equipment To The Place Of Order (Construction Area); 3) Selection, Referral For The Implementation Of Works And Maintaining The Work Of The Appropriate Works Of The Robot, Including Managerial Staff In The Person Of A Construction Manager With The Right To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In The Specialization In A Specialty In The Specialty Of The Industry Specialty General Construction And Works Managers With Permissions To Perform Independent Technical Functions In Construction In A Specialty Entitling To Manage: Construction Works Of The General Construction Industry (One Person), Robots Of The Electrical Industry (One Person), Sanitary Industry Robots (One Person), With The Duties Of The Manager Of The General Construction Industry Construction Manager; 4) Drawing Up A Safety And Health Protection Plan, Referred To In The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law And In Executive Provisions To This Act; 5) Preparing As -Built Documentation; 6) Obtaining For The Contracting Authority A Decision Of The Permission To Use The Object In The State After Performing Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order In The Case And To The Extent That Such Permission Will Be Required; 7) Measurements, Tests And Built -In Checks Or Otherwise Installed, In The Execution Of Works, Construction Equipment; 8) Granting The Ordering Party A Minimum Of 60 -Month Warranty (Calculated From The Date Of Final Acceptance, Referred To In § 13 Item 6 - 15 Of The Contract Template) Carried Out As Part Of This Order Of Construction Works As Well As Built -In, Installed, Installed Or Otherwise Used By These Works And Construction Equipment; 9) Removal Of All Defects And Faults Due To The Warranty Granted And Under Liability Under The Warranty For Defects; 10) Other Specified In The Contract Template And The Swz Attachments Referred To In Section V Para. 2 Swz.
