Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading For The Local Department Of The National Agricultural Support Center In Szczecin

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading In The Scope Of Receiving, Movement, Delivery And Return Of Postal Items Together With The Service Of Receipt Of Postal Shipments Specified In Annex 1A To Swz - Price Form And Other Shipments Provided By The Contractor, And Not Listed In Annex 1A To Swz, In Accordance With The Contractors Price. National Agricultural Support Center In Szczecin And Out -Of -The -Fores Section Subordinate To The Ordering Party. Shipments Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To Any Place In The Country And Abroad, To The Address Provided Or Indicated Address Of The Postcard, Subject To The Rules And Conditions Of Effective And Timely Delivery Of Letters Specified In Relevant Provisions, Subject To The Second And Third Sentences Of This Point. In The Case Of Shipments To Be Served In Ukraine, The Employer Indicates That It Accepts The Fact That In The Areas Covered By Military Operations It Will Not Be Possible To Deliver The Parcel. As For The Delivery Of Parcels To Russia, Due To The Suspension, The Parcel Served To This Country By Poczta Polska S.A. In Warsaw, Until The Resumption Of Parcel Delivery By This Entity To Russia, The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Decision Of This Procedure Will Not Cover The Obligation To Deliver Parcels On Russia. The Employer Informs That The Types And Number Of Shipments Specified In Annex 1A As Part Of The Services Provided Are Estimated And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Employer. The Contractor, By Joining The Tender, Agrees And Will Not Claim For Quantitative And Generic Changes During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Types Of Parcels, Returns, Postal Packages, Their Weight Compartments And Envelopes, The Contracting Authority Has Developed On The Basis Of Existing Experience In The Field Of Postal Services, Which Were Provided By The Existing Contractor ... Sent By The Employer, They Will Be Received In The Case Of Notified The Addressees In Properly Marked Permanent Facilities Located In Every Commune In The Country Or In The Neighboring Commune. In The Case Of Parcels In Foreign Trading, The Contractor Will Perform Services In Accordance With Internal Regulations In Force In A Given Country And Specified In International Postal Legal Acts.
