The Subject Of The Contract Is The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions, Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Projects For Changing Decisions Issued In 2004-2024 For Investments Located In The Commune Of Ostrzeszów. The Decisions Of The Decision Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024) And Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116), Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 26 August 2003 On The Designations And Naming Used In The Decision To Determine The Investment Of Public Purpose Investment. And In The Decision On Building Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2003, No. 164, Item 1589), Having Basic Components And A Form In Accordance With The Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 572). The Draft Of The Decision Should Include: Text Part, Text And Graphic Attachments Constituting An Integral Part Of The Decision, Functions And Features Development Of The Area Based On A Documented Vision Carried Out In The Field. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Appearance At The Offices Headquarters After Prior Agreement With The Employer, In Order To Conduct Vision In The Field, Consulting Receiving Applications And Developed Decision Projects; 2) Immediate Removal Of Errors And Introducing Corrections In The Prepared Decision Projects; 3) Verification Of The Draft Decision After Arranging And After The Parties To Be Brought By The Parties To The Proceedings After Reading The Accumulated Case Files; 4) Responding To The Allegations Lodged In The Submitted Appeal Against The Decision, Preparing A New Draft Decision Under The Same Order In The Event Of A Decision By The Local Government Appeal Board; 5) After Agreeing With The Employer Participation In Hearings; 6) In The Event Of A Change In The Application By The Investor During The Pending Proceedings, The Contractor Shall Prepare A New Draft Decision Under The Same Order; 7) In The Case Of The Investors Application Regarding The Amendment Of The Decision Issued In 2025. The Contractor Prepares A Draft Amendment To The Issued Decision Under The Same Order. The Order Of The Contract Includes The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, Including Draft Changes To Final Decisions Issued In This Respect, Based On The Submitted Applications For Issuing The Abovementioned Decisions That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor In 2025.
