1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Sale And Delivery Of A Brand New Suv Passenger Car For The Needs Of The Railway Border Crossing In Braniewo, Hereinafter Referred To As The Car, Whose Detailed Description Is In Annex 2 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz.2. The Supplied Car Must Meet The European Union Standards (Ce Mark) In The Field Of Use And The Level Of Emissions, It Must Be Free From Technical Defects, Unregistered And Not Covered By The Rights Of Third Parties Or Entities, Must Be Approved For Trading And Application, And In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz. 3. The Car Will Be Delivered To The Warmian-Masurian Voivodship Office In Olsztyn At Ul. Kasprzaka 16 On The Work Of The Contracting Authority, With His Own Efforts Of The Contractor And At The Contractors Expense. 4. In Any Case, When The Employer In Swz Refers To Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Equivalent To Described Solutions Are Allowed. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations, Norms And Respect For Occupational Health And Safety Rules.
