    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Two Servers With Software, Retrofitting The Dell R640 Server And Implementation Service. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Later Called Opz) Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz.3. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused And Unpaid At Exhibitions Or Market Events, Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Annex 3 To Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Technically Functional, Complete And Ready For Work. The Relevant Documents/Certificates Must Be Attached To The Supplied Equipment, Providing The Fulfillment Of All Relevant Standards And Guidelines, Which The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet Before Allowing It To Be Used In Polish Or English. According To Art. 101 Paragraph 4 Of The Pzp Act, The Employer Allows Equivalent Norms, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems. 4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Poviat Labor Office In Piła, Aleja Niepodległości 24, 64-920 Piła. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order At The Contractors Expense. The Contractor Undertakes To Bear The Costs Of Transport, Unloading And Insurance Until Receipt. 5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Install The Subject Of The Contract In The Place Indicated By The Employer And Its Launch And Integration With The Infrastructure Held By The Office. 6. The Contractor Takes Full Responsibility For Any Violations Of The Law And Damages That May Occur In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Specify The Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Pzp.8 Act. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Award Of The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law.
