1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase And Delivery Of New Rescue Equipment For The Fire Protection Unit. 2. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Have Adequate Approvals And Certificates And Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Technical Regulations And Norms, And Be Allowed For Use In The National Rescue And Fire-Fighting System. 3.
