The Subject Of The Contract Is Post -Warranty Service, Made By The Contractor To The Employer: 1) Optima 660 Tomograph, System Number Pl2693ct01 Together With 3 Stations Aw 4.6., 2) Magnetic Resonance Imaging 1.5T Optima Mr360, System Number Pl2693mr01 Together With 2 Stations. Periodic Inspections- Frequency And Scope Of Inspections In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Camera Manufacturer; Schedule Of Inspections Agreed With The Employer After Signing The Contract; 2) Diagnostics And Repairs Along With Access If It Is Necessary To Visit The Contracting Authority; 3) Remote Diagnostics Containing, Among Others Users Desktop Vision, Access To Service Software, Use For Diagnosis Of Keys And Class A Tools, Access To Super-Rozowe, Radiation Liberation, Lamp Calibration Or Other System Elements, Downloading Images For Artifact Analysis (Data Before The Patients Safety), Using Scripts, E.G. Hv Bat, Consoling For Virtual Analysis, Dive Analysis For Virtual Analysis. From The Camera; 4) Replacement Of All Parts Used During Inspections, Diagnostics And Repair With Special Parts Such As A Lamp, Detector. The Spare Parts Will Be Original, Unused, Not Obtained From The Secondary Market, Factory Certified, Dedicated By The Manufacturer Of The Apparatus In The Technical Documentation And The User Manual; 5) Performing Acceptance And Specialist Tests In The Event Of Repair Requiring Such Tests. The Consonant Of Services In The Field Of Magnetic Resonance Camera Manufacturer; Schedule Of Inspection Agreed With The Employer After Signing The Contract; 2) Diagnostics And Repair Along With Access In The Event Of A Visit To The Contracting Authority; 3) Remote Diagnostics Containing, Among Others User Desktop Vision, Access To Service Software, Use For Diagnosis Of Keys And Class A Tools, Access To Ty-Pu Raw Data Data, Downloading Images For Artifact Analysis (Anonymized For The Safety Of The Pa-Cyenta); Service And Application Support (2 Days A Year) How Much In Real Time - During The Test; Proactive System Diagnostics By Constant Monitoring Of Efficiency And Parameters Of The Device; Automatic Sending A Warning About The Occurrence Of Anomalies That May Be Damaged By The Camera. 4) Replacement Of All Parts Used During Inspections, Diagnostics And Repair With Special Parts Such As Coils. The Spare Parts Will Be Original, Unused, Not Used From The Secondary Market, Factory Certified, Dedicated By The Camera Manufacturer In Technical For-Technical And Instructions; Producer Of Spare Parts For Both Inspections And Repair Of The Apparatus; 3) Disposing Of Professional Staff: Service Technicians Must Have Current, Personal Certificates From Training In The Field Of Service. Service Officers Performing The Service At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Must Use Polish; 4) Maintaining The Infrastructure Necessary To Perform The Remote Diagnostic Service. The Remote Diagnostic System Must Meet The International Standard Standardizing The Iso/Iec 27001: 2013 (Or Newer) I
