1. Subject Of The Contract1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Conducting Ongoing Maintenance And Renovation Of Street And Park Lighting In The Commune Of The City Of Ełk, Hereinafter Referred To As Maintenance. 2. Maintenance Includes 5004 Pieces Of Lighting Fittings Located On Lighting Poles And 87 Lighting Wardrobes And 29 Electric Wardrobes Of Municipal Infrastructure, Located In The Commune Of Ełk, According To Annex 5 And 6 To Swz. 3. The Division Of Maintenance Into Robots Covered By A Monthly Flat Rate And Robots Not Covered By A Lump Sum, Covering Tasks With A Specific Scope And Date Of Implementation, Covered By The Settlement After Completing The Task, In Accordance With The Technical Specification Of The Current Maintenance And Renovation Of Street And Park Lighting In The Commune Of Ełk - Annex 4 To Swz.4. Works Covered By Monthly Flat -Rate Fees: 1) Keeping Current Operational Documentation Of Preserved Devices - Books Of Lighting And Municipal Infrastructure Listed In Annex 6.2)) Controls Of Lighting All Luminaires In The Lighting Time - At Least Once A Month - 240 R -G/Year Was Adopted. 4) Measurement Of The Effectiveness Of Anti -Tire Protection For Lighting Cabinets And Municipal Infrastructure - 116 Pcs/Year Were Adopted. 5) Measurements Of Grounding Resistance Of Lighting Cabinets And Municipal Infrastructure - 116 Pcs/Year Were Adopted. 6) Measurement Of The Effectiveness Of Zeroing Lighting Wardrobes And Municipal Infrastructure - 116 Pcs/Year 7) Was Adopted. Control Of The Technical Condition Of The Column Niches - 2 Times A Year With Confirmation Of Control With The Entry In The Book Of Lighting Devices. 8) Replacement Of Sodium, Mercury And Metal Halogenic Sources Of Light Or Stations In Existing Lighting Luminaires - The Replacement Of 1000 Light Sources Was Adopted. Or Ballasts Of Various Types Per Year. The Maximum Date Of Replacement Of Unwavering Light Points (Light Sources, Ballasts Or Luminaires) Is Set Up To 3 Business Days From The Date Of Telephone, E -Mail Or Written Notification. 9) Reprogramming (In Spring, Summer And Autumn) 86 Control Clocks During The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party - 261 Moves Were Adopted. Adopted 30 Times A Year. 11) Removal Of All Kinds Of Stickers (Ads, Advertisements, Etc.) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Every Business Day By 8.00, Electronic Information About The Register Of Reported And Deleted Failures For The Previous Day Or Days Off. By The 10Th Of The Next Month, The Contractor Will Provide A Report On Flat -Rate Maintenance Maintenance Procedures. Failures, Cataclysms, Road Accidents And Vandalic Activities Related To Lighting Circuits And Municipal Infrastructure And Other Security Works Indicated By The Contracting Authority -350 R -G/Year Was Adopted. 14)
