Part 1: Purchase And Assembly Of Furniture With Accompanying Equipment1. The Subject Of The Order Of Part 1 Is The Purchase And Installation Of Furniture Along With Accompanying Equipment For A Nursery In The Town Of Podskowyy Commune Chełmża, As Part Of The Task Entitled Creation Of A Nursery Toddler World In Plusophable. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Containing Equipment For Part 1 Is Included In Annex 1A To Swz - Annex 1A_Cha 1 - Detailed Opz.2. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Also Called Swz), Together With Attachments, In Particular With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Also Called Opz), The Submitted Offer, Applicable Standards, Law, Technologies Of Equipment Manufacturers And With Due Diligence, Good Quality And Proper Organization. 3. Outside The Scope Described In Para. 1, The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Everything That Is From A Technical Point Of View And Prove Necessary To Implement It, I.E. Downloading The Dimensions Necessary For The Implementation Of Individual Elements Of The Order, Delivery, Unloading, Bringing, Unpacking, Arrangement And Assembly And Launching Of Individual Equipment Elements. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Elements Of Factory -Free Equipment, Free From All Defects, Packed, Secured And Corresponding To The Quality Standards Specified In The Relevant Legal Acts. 5. Equipment Elements Intended For Use Children Must Be Suitable For Children Under 3 Years Of Age. And Have Relevant Certificates, Declarations, Which The Contractor Will Document Accordingly. 6. All Equipment Elements Should Be Delivered With A Set Of Accessories Enabling Their Installation, Connection And Work Without Making Additional Purchases (If Concerned). 7. In The Event That The Contractor Or Entity Providing A Courier Or Service Service For The Contractor Or Another Of A Similar Nature Ordered To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract To The Ordering Party, He Will Not Perform Unloading And/Or Lodging On His Own, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To: Refuse To Accept The Delivery Due To The Contractor, Then Charge Him With Contractual Penalties And Withdraw From The Contract With The Contractor. 8. If The Entity Providing A Courier Or Delivery Service For The Contractor Or Another Of A Similar Nature Ordered To Provide The Indicated Equipment To The Employer, Unloading And/Or Submission, He Will Demand That The Employer Pay For These Activities, Then The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivery Of The Delivery Of The Contractor, Charged Him With Contractual Penalties And Withdraw From The Contract With The Contractor. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Rooms To Which The Equipment Was Delivered And Bringing Them To The State Before The Commencement Of Delivery. The Export And Utilization Of Waste After Delivery Is The Contractor.
