1 The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Provision Of Care Services To The Elderly And Disabled In The Place Of Residence In The City Of Karpacz, In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026 2 Detailed And Quantitative Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Provision Of Care Services In The Total Number Of About 8,400 Full Clock Hours Is Expected To Provide Care Services In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026 In The City Of Karpacz.3 The Implementation Of The Above Service Will Take Place Under The Following Conditions: 1) The Order Includes The Provision Of Care Services In The Number Of About 700 Full Clock Hours Per Month, Which Gives A Total Number Of About 8,400 Full Clock Hours In The Period From 01.01.2026 To 31.12.2026 (12 Months) In The Place Of Residence, In The City Of Karpacz, People Who Do Chronic Diseases, Age Or Disability Require The Help Of A Second Person, 2) Specified In Swz, The Number Of Hours Of Care Services Is An Estimate And May Be Reduced. Due To The Nature Of The Order, The Above -Mentioned Needs Cannot Be Clearly Determined, Because The Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Who Require Assistance In The Form Of Care Services Change From Day To Day. The Contracting Authority Guarantees A Minimum Of 30% Of The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Services. In This Case, The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims, Including Payment Of Compensation For Reducing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As Cannot Be The Basis For Refusing To Perform A Guaranteed Part Of The Contract, 3) The Contracting Authority Indicates That The Term Of The Hours Of Services Provided Should Be Understood Only By The Actual Time Of Providing Services, One Hour Covers 60 Minutes. Until The Service Is Provided, The Travel Time Is Not Included, The Benefit Of The Benefit, 4) The Contractor Declares That He Will Not Receive Financial Claims As To The Reduced Amount Of Care Service Performed, 5) The Number Of Hours Of Care Services Depends On The Needs Of Residents, 6) Care Services Should Be Adapted To The Special Needs Arising From The Type Of Illness Or Disability, In Particular To Include: A) Satisfying Daily Life Needs Such As:  Help In Dressing,  Keeping Cleaning Of The Apartment Or Used By A Pupil Part Of The House (Throwing Garbage),  Washing Of Windows In Living Quarters Used By The Charges (Twice A Year),  Making Purchases From Financial Resources,  Laundry Of Personal And Bedding Underwear,  Pressing, Meals Taking Into Account The Diet Recommended By The Doctor, Feeding And Cleaning After Meals,  Arranging Visits, Calling A Doctor In Situations Demanding, Realizing Prescriptions From The Resources Of The Mentee,  Dealing With The Necessary Official Matters Or Accompanying The Mentee During Their Arrangement (Bank, Post, Administration),  Smoking In The Oven And Bringing Fuel. Ensuring Personal Hygiene Of The Mentee - Help With The Toilet (Washing, Bathing, Combing, Shaving, Washing Of Hair, Cutting Nails), 
