A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Executive Documentation And Detailed Technical Specification. 3. The Contractor Is Required To Carry Out Works In Accordance With: Executive Documentation, Construction Art, Detailed Technical Specification, Safety And Health Protection Conditions. 4. The Contractor Will Develop And Present For Approval By The Road Manager A Temporary Traffic Organization Project - Marking Works During The Construction. Each Change, In Relation To The Approved Project Of Traffic Organization, Requires Each Time The Project Approval. 5. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Material To Prepare A Tender Offer.
