The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service-Development Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Task Called Modernization Of Internal Installations And Implementation Of New Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning, As Well As A Comprehensive Modernization Of 22 Rooms Acting As Specialized Laboratories With A Total Area Of ​​Over 960M², And Renovation Of Other Rooms In The Building Of The C-6 Of Wrocław University Of Technology At Norwida 4-6 Design And Costumes Together With Obtaining The Final Building Permit And The Authors Supervision During Construction Works On The Basis Of The Abovementioned Documentation Stage Iv) . The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Stage I Contract - Performance Of Inventory And Developing An Architectural Concept: A) The Construction Of A Building Inventory Together With Internal Installations And Connections For The Purposes Of Performing Design Works; B) Obtaining For The Technical Building Of Connecting From Internal Units Of The Pwr And External Units, In Particular To The Network: Electrical, Heating, Water Supply, Sewage, Water Sanitary And Teletechnical; C) Developing The Architectural Concept Of Selected Rooms Indicated In Annex 2, Which Should Contain A Descriptive Part With The Design Of Laboratories Technology, Distribution Of Permanent And Movable Equipment (Also Research) According To The Guidelines Received By The Contracting Authority:- Conceptual Design,- Projections Of Individual Floors Of The Building,- Interior Sections, The Cost Of Implementing Such A Concept Variant,- Term Assumptions). Developing The Concept Of Technical Solutions, Determining The Scope Of Work (Sanitary, Electrical And Construction Industry) That Are Part Of The Study, Created On The Basis Of The Inventory Carried Out And The Connection Conditions Obtained, E) Obtaining The Acceptance Of The Contracting Authority For The Above-Mentioned Documents.
