1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Involving The Renovation Of The Physiotherapy Department Together With The Transfer Of The Nn Switchgear In Nzoz Szpital Prof. Z. Religa In Słubice Sp. Z O. O. - On Plot No. 509/4, Ul. Nadodrzańska 6 69-100 Słubice. Renovation Of Part Of The Building Of The Poviat Hospital Covering The Physiotherapy Department And Provides For The Removal Of The Effects Of The Flood In 2024. In The Field Of Renovation Works, It Is Planned: 1) Renovation Of Internal Walls Consisting In Removing Old, Wet, Damp After The Flood In 2024, Plasters And Re -Performing Renovation Plasters Along With The Implementation Of Vertical Insulation And Injection Of Creams And Injection. Hydrotechnical Insulation Of Horizontal Polymer Flooring And The Performance Of Putty And Painting Works; 2) Reconstruction Of The Existing Main Switchgear: Dismantling Of The Existing Switchgear, Centralizing The Power Supply Points Of The Entire Building And Organizing Sources Of Energy Distribution In The Building; As A Result Of The Reconstruction, The Operation Of The Building In Terms Of Electrical Installations Will Be Clear, And The Quality Of The Electrical Installation In The Building In The Scope Of Energy Distribution Will Be Raised To The Current Standards And Regulations, And Will Protect The Switchgears Against Potential Flooding Caused By Floods. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others,)) Removal Of Plasters Damaged During The Flood Of 2024; 2) Performing Level Insulation Of External Walls; 3) Vertical Insulation Of External Walls; 4) Performing Horizontal Insulation Of The Concrete Floor; 5) Performing The Plaster Of Renovation Walls With Putting And Painting; 6) Performing A Self -Leveling Flood; 7) Removal Main Switchgears; 8) Securing And Preparing Existing Cables, By Putting On Cable Muff; 9) Making Cable Routes Made Of Galvanized Steel Troughs With A Width Of 300 Mm And A Height Of 50 Mm; 10) Laying A New Wiring In Prepared Cable Routes; 11) Buildings Of Flash Fuse Disconnectors, Drawer And Modular In The New Main Switchgear Of The Building; 12) Connecting Lines Connecting Lines; 12) Cable For Security Devices; 13) Execution Of Receiving Measurements Of Electrical Installations; 14) Preparing As -Built Documentation. The Meeting Will Provide Information On The State Of Advancement Of Works And The Current Construction Issues Related To Construction, 4) Will Develop As -Built Documentation (Including Protocols, Admission Certificates, Approvals, Information On The Guarantee Grant
