The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Comprehensive Renovation Of A Garage Facility, Under Which It Is Planned To Replace The Roofing, Window Joinery And External Gates, As Well As The Implementation Of A New Technical Floor, Repair Of Plaster And Wall Damage, Removal Of The Suspended Ceiling, Securing The Roofing Over The Gates, Replacement Of The Rainwater Drainage System And The Implementation Of Electrical And Lightning Installations. The Purpose Of This Work Is To Restore Full Functionality, Durability And Safety Of The Structure. The Works Carried Out Will Consist In Particular: ● Reconstruction Of The Roof Covering - Replacement For A 2 Cm Pir Sandwich Panel, U Cted 0.18-0.22 W/M²k, ● Replacement Of Window Joinery With Pvc Joinery - 11 Pcs. According To The List Specified In The Project, The Entire Window, Uw Only By Cutting Out The Elements (They Should Not Be Carried Out), ● Replacement Of Gates With Panel Gates, Insulated Steel Segments, Made Of Fire -Plated Steel Sheet, Insulated With Pu Foam, From The Outside And Inside, Protection Against Toeglets, Marginal Steel Angles And Epdm Threshold Seal With Epdm Threshold Seal, Seals, Seals Inter -Segmented And Seal Of The Epdm Lintel, In Accordance With The List Attached In The Project, ● Reconstruction Of The Existing Floor - The Formation And Pouring Of A New Technical Floor With Polypropylene Distributed Reinforcement, ● Repair Of Plaster Cavities And Covering The Walls With A Double Painting Coating, ● Removing The Suspended Ceiling, ● In The Wall At The Interface With The Floor Along With Impregnation, ● Repair (Removal Of Cavities) Of Roofing Above The Gates And Water Protection In The Form Of Flashing, ● Replacement Of Glowing And Downpacks, ● Execution Of The Electrical Installation, ● Execution Of The Lightning System, ● Making Partial Lighting Installation, ● Making Partial Setting Of Window Holes Above The Gates To Match The Gates To Match The Dimensions Newly Designed Garage Gates. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: 1) Technical Project2) Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), 3) The Bill Of Quantities (Auxiliary Document) 4) Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. The Transfer Of Works Is An Auxiliary Document And Therefore Does Not Constitute Grounds For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Only Presents It.
