Ruda Consisting Of Making A Raised Pedestrian Crossing With Horizontal Marking (Warning Tactile Plates At The Width Of The Passage), Setting Active Signs D-6, B-20 In The Form Of Vibration And Acoustic Belts, As Well As Retrofitting Three Pedestrian Crossings Located Along Poviat Road No. 1141R Ul. Polish Army In Mielec In Active D-6 Signs And Assembly Of Touch Plates For Blind Warning In Yellow. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Chapter Iii Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1, Offer Cost Estimate - Annex 2. The Works Being The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works Contained In Chapter Iii Swz - Annex 3. The Contracting Authority Requires Providing Warranty And Handles For The Period Of 36-60 Among Others; 3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Proper Protection Of The Works Area And Is Responsible For Any Damage Caused To The Employer And Third Parties. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Area After The Works Are Completed; 4. The Subject Of The Contract Is Further Called The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Subject Of The Order; 5. The Implementation Of The Contract Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of 23 April 1964 Civil Code, The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law And The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law;
