1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Hardware And Software Together With The Implementation Service And Training As Part Of The Project Entitled Cyber ​​-Secured Local Government In The Dobre Miasto Commune. The Equipment Will Be Brand New, Unused, Functional And Cannot Be The Subject Of Rights Or Obligations Of Third Parties. 3. The Contractor Accepts The Delivery In Accordance With The Attachments To Swz.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Complete Technical Documentation In Polish Along With The Equipment Together With The User Manual, Software Licenses And Warranty Documents. 5. The Contractor Declares That The Licenses For The Software Included In The Subject Of The Contract Strictly Correspond To The Terms Of The Contract Specified In Swz.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 9 To Swz.7. All Material, Devices, Equipment Elements Presented And Described In The Swz In Question Should Be Treated As Sample Solutions With Model: Technical And Functional Parameters, Characteristic Properties And Aesthetic Properties, Standards Specified For Materials, Devices, Equipment Elements. It Is Allowed To Use Equivalent Solutions Consisting In The Use Of Other Materials, Devices, Equipment Components Than Given In The Design Documentation, Provided That All Parameters, Properties And Standards Are Not Worse Than Specified In This Documentation. The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Requires The Approval Of The Investor. In Such A Situation, The Investor Requires The Submission Of Relevant Documents, Crediting These Materials, Devices, And Equipment Elements. Complex Above The Documents Will Be Assessed By The Ordering Party Who Will Prepare An Appropriate Opinion. This Opinion Will Be The Basis For The Employer To Make A Decision To Accept Materials, Devices, Equipment Elements Or Rejection Due To The Non -Equivalence Of The Proposed Solutions. The Term Parameters Is Understood As Functionality, Purpose, Colors, Dimensions, Structure, Type Of Material, Shape, Size, Safety Of Use, Strength And Other Parameters Assigned To Individual Materials, Devices, And Equipment Elements Given In This Swz.
