    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Public Kindergarten Building Together With An Internal Gas Installation And An Earth Section, Water Supply Connection, Sanitary Sewage System, Rainwater Sewage System, Playgrounds And Parking Spaces. As Part Of The Recreation Area, Two Platforms With A Scenic, Recreation, Fishing (P1 And P2) Function Were Designed, Renovation Of The Existing Platform (P3), Playground, Access To Platforms And Playground, Small Architecture: Benches, Garbage Bins, Bicycle Racks. The Project Provides For A Combination Of Existing Pavements With New Hardenings. The Investment Will Be Implemented On Plots No. 240, 241 Janiszew Precinct, Commune Zakrzew. 2. The Contracting Authority Undertook Activities Related To Obtaining Funding For The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Local Government Kindergarten In Janiszew Together With Land Development (In The Amount Of 50%) From The Targeted Reserve Of The State Budget. In The Event Of Failure To Obtain The Above -Mentioned Funds, The Employer Reserves The Right To Annul The Tender, In Accordance With Item 5 Of Chapter Iv Of Swz (Corresponding To This Item 3). 3. The Employer, Acting In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, Reserves The Right To Annul The Contract Award Procedure, If The Financial Resources Necessary To Perform The Contract Are Not Granted, And Their Lack Will Prevent Its Performance Or Further Conduct.
