Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads In The 2025/2026 Season In The Commune Of Lipowa In Regions 11 And 12.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads In The 2025/2026 Season In The Lipowa Commune. The Experience Undertakes To Provide Services Related To Comprehensive Winter Maintenance:- Surface Surfaces Of Municipal And Internal Roads Managed By The Commune,- Engineering Facilities Related To Municipal Roads (Within The Meaning Of The Ordinance Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of 24 June 2022 In The Case Technical And Construction Provisions Regarding Public Roads),- Traffic Security Devices And Other Devices Related To Municipal Roads In The Lipowa Commune,- Squares And Roads Managed By The Commune, In Particular In Dangerous Places, I.E. At Bends, Longitudinal Declines As Well As At Intersections And Before Intersections,- Accompanying Facilities Of The Abovementioned Roads, I.E. Bus Bays, Parking Lots, Squares, Consisting Of Snow Removal And Removing Winter Slippery, In Accordance With The Principles Of Snow Removal And Removal Of Winter Slippery On The Roads Of The Lipowa Commune In Accordance With The Standards Described In Annex 1 To The Contract. 86/C-84081.02). The Cost Of Purchasing Materials That Combat Slippery Is To Be Included In The Price Of The Service Proposed In The Price Offer. Materials Should Be Used In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Minister Of The Environment (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230 Item 1960) On The Types And Conditions For The Use Of Funds That Can Be Used On Public Roads As Well As Streets And Squares. The Loading Of Materials Necessary For Winter Road Maintenance Belongs To The Service Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Have A Warehouse And Transport Base, To Store Materials For Combating Slippery (I.E. Road Salt) Located: In The Lipowa Commune Or At A Distance Of Not More Than 15 Km From The Border Of The Commune To Which The Legal Title Has; • Maintaining The Appropriate Sanitary Condition Of Vehicles And Devices For The Provision Of Snow Services; • All Vehicles Must Be At The Disposal Of The Contractor, They Should Be Registered, Allowed To Move, Have Current Technical Examinations And Certificates Of Allowance To Move; The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Considered The Most Advantageous Is Obliged To Submit A Statement To The Contracting Authority Regarding The Location Of The Above-Mentioned Warehouse And Transport Base And Attach A Document That He Has A Legal Title To The Area Indicated In The Statement On The Statement On The Statement Of The Warehouse And Transport Database. The Units Travel Time Cannot Be Included In The Place Of Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of Roads, Vehicle And Equipment Stop, Loading Materials, Return From The Place Where The Services Were Completed To The Warehouse And Equipment Base.
