Tenders are invited for Construction of Ecotourism Campground and Trail at O Cham Waterfall Community Protected Area Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 17th October 2025 at 2:30 PM (Cambodia Local Time). Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be immediately open after the deadline for submission of bid in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at CSLEP Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Ministry of Environment, Morodok Techo Building (Lot 503), Tonle Bassac, Chamkarmorn, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 4. A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interest bidders on the submission of a written application to the below address upon payment of a nonrefundable fee USD 60.00 or equivalent to KHR 240,000.00 5. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the ITB. 6.
