    The Client Has Engaged A Project Group With The Aim Of Handing Over The Clients Remaining Paper Archives To The National Archives. A Survey Of The Paper Archive In Consultation With External Professional Expertise Has Revealed A Need For Handling Paper Archives With Mold Damage. The Mold -Infected Material Amounts To About 6 To 7 Shelves. The Material Consists Mainly Of Protocols, And The Age Of The Material Varies From About 50 To 200 Years Old. The Client Has Previously Engaged Conservators And Completed Sampling To Determine The Extent Of The Damage. Based On Available Assessments, Remediation Is Considered A Suitable Method For Preservation Of Large Parts Of The Material, While A Smaller Proportion Should Be Media Converted As A Result Of Extensive Mold Damage. The Assignment Must Be Organized In Its Entirety And Carried Out By The Provider, In Accordance With Current Regulations. For Further Information On The Nature And Scope Of The Assignment, See Appendix 1 To The Draft Agreement. The Final Deadline For The Agreement Is 01.06.2026.
