Sandnes Municipality (Client) Wants To Inform The Market With This Intention That They Intend To Enter Into A Contract For Park Management Program (Fdv System) With Sweco As. The Program Acquired Is Sweco Operations Web And Sweco Park. The Contract Will Be Entered Into By A Procurement Without Competition, Cf. Foa § 21-5. The Purpose Of The Letter Of Intent Is That The Client Wants To Be Transparent, And Give The Market The Opportunity To Object To The Above -Mentioned Contract. If The Client Does Not Receive Objections By 19.09.2025, A Contract Will Be Entered Into. See Attached Document For Intent Reimbursement On Justification.
