    Sandnes Municipality (Client) Wants To Inform The Market With This Intention That They Intend To Enter Into A Contract For Winter Maintenance Of The Road (Brewing) On ​​The Following Rods In Sandnes Municipality: 1. Søredalen And Veraland 2. High And Outer Regions 3. Riska The Contract Will Be Entered Into By A Procurement Without Competition, Cf. Foa § 21-5. The Purpose Of The Letter Of Intent Is That The Client Wants To Be Transparent, And Give The Market The Opportunity To Object To The Above -Mentioned Contract. If The Client Does Not Receive Objections By 29.09.2025, A Contract Will Be Entered Into. Selected Suppliers Are Considered To Be The Only Suppliers Who Can Meet The Clients Needs. The Client Is Dependent On Getting Winter Maintenance As Soon As The Snow Is In Place, And Therefore Sees That It Is Most Beneficial That The Work Is Carried Out By Some Locals. The Rods In Question Are Difficult To Get To If You Do Not Have A Local Base. It Is Noted That The Client Has The Opportunity To Enter Into Other Agreements On Winter Maintenance Of The Road, But That Then Other Rods Apply.
