This Agreement Is Related To Halden Municipalitys Installations, Repair And Upside, Va-Remediation Services, As Well As Closely Related Services And Scope. The Framework Agreement Does Not Exclude The Client To Use The Services For Other Purposes. In Order To Ensure The Necessary Flexibility In The Procurement, A Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into Which Involves The Implementation Of Mini -Competitions. The Framework Agreement Includes Investment Projects Under Self -Direction (Va, Road Or Similar).
