The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Award Of Specialized Consulting Engineering Services To An Independent Contractor With Professional Qualification And Practical Experience In The Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Investment Projects, The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Preparation Of Technical Passports, In Order To Guarantee The Lawful Execution Of The Construction Works And The Permission Of Construction Works And The Permission Of Construction Works And The Permission Of Construction Works And Permission. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Spatial Planning Act (Spa) In Volume And Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spa And The Relevant By -Laws.
