Refuse And Waste Related Services - Collection And Development Of Waste With Codes 20 01 10 I 20 01 11 (Clothing And Textiles). 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service And Waste Development Service With Codes 20 01 10 And 20 01 11 In A Manner Ensuring The Transition Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Amount Of Waste Covered By The Order Is Up To 2,500 Mg, Including: As Part Of The Basic Order Of 1,500 Mg Of Waste With Code 20 01 11 And As Part Of An Option Up To 1,000 Mg With Codes 20 01 10 And 20 01 11. 3. 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. The Contracting Authority Can Use The Option In Whole Or In Part, Once Or In Several Parts. The Option To Collect And Manage Waste With Codes 20 01 10 And 20 01 11 In The Amount Of Up To 1,000 Mg Is Envisaged. The Contracting Authority Does Not Affect The Stream Of Waste Taken Due To The Very High Variability Of This Stream, And Therefore (In The Event Of An Increase In The Waste Stream With Codes 20 01 10 And 20 01 11 And The Demand For Continuation Of The Service), Reserves The Right To Use The Option. 4. Currently, The Company Takes About 100Mg A Year, But Due To The Obligation To Sort This Group Of Waste By Waste Producers, The Company Expects An Increase In The Stream Of This Waste. 5. Due To The Subject, The Order Must Be Carried Out, In Particular In Accordance With Nw. Provisions: 1) Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law; 3) Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, As Well As Other Acts And Provisions Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Receive The Abovementioned Waste From The Ordering Party From The Installation: Municipal Waste Treatment Plant, Ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn. 7. Waste Received From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred To An Entity With A Decision Specified In Art. 27 Para. 2 Point 1 Or 2 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On The Waste Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. 8. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Electronic Car Weight Of The Ordering Party. 9. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By The Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 10. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Regarding Funds Limiting In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, It Is Prohibited To Perform A Public Procurement With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities In Which The Ability Is To Consist In The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, If Over 10% Of The Order Value Falls On Them. 11. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Cooperation Are Described In Annex 3 To Swz Pn. Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
