The Subject Of The Order Is The Sleeping Service Of Secondary Raw Mountains From The Large -Scale Waste Stream Adopted To The Municipal Installation. Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Olsztyn At 53 Lubelska Street (Hereinafter: Zuok) As Well As Reception And Development In The Recovery Processes Of Reinforced Raw Materials. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Large -Size Waste For Sorting Is 4500 Mg Within 6 Months (Assumed Duration Of The Contract For The Basic Range), I.E. The Average Monthly Volume Of Large -Scale Waste Is About 770 Mg. The Employer Estimates 40% Recovery From The Large -Size Waste Stream Accepted To Zuok In Olsztyn In A Given Month, Which Means That In Each Calendar Month It Will Be Sorted And Exported About 300 Mg Of Recycled Waste. 3. The Contractor Sorts The Following Fractions From The Current Stream Of The Accepted Waste With Code 20 03 07: 1) 19 12 02 - Iron Metals, 2) 19 12 03 - Non -Ferrous Metals, 3) 19 12 04 - Plastics And Rubber, 4) 19 12 07 - Wood. 4. Sported Waste Will Be Collected By The Contractor From The Zuok Installation, And Then Managed By The Contractor Or Other Authorized Entities In Recovery Processes R3/R4/R5. The Contractor Will Submit A Statement Informing About The Recovery Processes That Will Be Subjected To Sorted And Received Secondary Raw Materials. The Contractor Will Receive The Abovementioned Waste From The Ordering Party - Seat Of Zgok Sp. Z O.O. In Olsztyn, Ul. Lubelska 53, 10410 Olsztyn. 5. The Number Of Sorted Raw Materials Intended For Collection And Development As Part Of The Basic Order Is 2000 Mg. 6. The Employer Does Not Affect The Amount Of Waste Of Waste, Due To The High Variability Of This Stream. In The Event Of An Increase In The Waste Stream, The Employer Allows The Use Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act, Consisting In Increasing The Amount Of Raw Materials Intended For Reception And Development By An Additional 3000 Mg. This Option Will Be Launched When The Volume Of Waste Intended For Collection And Development Under The Basic Order Is Exhausted. 7. Considering The Above, The Total Amount Of Sorted Raw Materials Intended For Reception And Development Is 5000 Mg, Including: For The Basic Order: 2000 Mg And For The Order Under The Option: Up To 3000 Mg. 8. Due To The Subject Of The Contract, The Order Must Be Carried Out In Particular In Accordance With Nw. Provisions: 1) Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste; 2) Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection; 3) The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And Other Acts And Provisions Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract. 9. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By The Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 10. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of Cooperation Are Described In Annex 3 To Swz Pn. Designed Provisions Of The Contract
