The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conduct In Winter Seasons 2025/2026 - 2026/2027 Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Pavements In The City Niepołomice. A Detailed List Of Roads Is An Attachment To The Tender Procedure. 2. Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Pavements Includes The So -Called The Active Action, I.E. The Active Action In The Intervention System Should Be Taken No Later Than 1 Hour After The Designated Employee Of The Commune Office Should Be Taken. In This Case, The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Employer Of The Type Of Equipment Used With The Brand And Registration Number. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Documentation Of Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Pavements Containing Daily And Weekly Statement Of Actual Quantities: Kilometers Of Roads And Pavements Covered By Winter Maintenance, Working Hours At Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Pavements With A Place For The Entry Of An Employee Of The Commune Office, Which Will Confirm The Actual Completed Services Performed In Accordance With The Standard Set By The Employer. 6. The Performance Of Works Related To Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Pavements In The Area And City Of Niepołomice Covers Approx. 65 Km Of Municipal And Internal Roads Approx. 4.95 Km Of Poviat Roads And About 20 Km Of Pavements. 7. Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Pavements Consists In: A) Removing Winter Slippery On Roads And Pavements By Sprinkling Road Salt, Tractor With A Spreader And Should Be In Line With Applicable Standards And Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Provisions On Environmental Protection.
