Sopz; 4) Conducting Instructions - In Accordance With Point 16 Sopz. 5. The Employer Reserves That The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Will Take Place In Accordance With The Actors Actual Demand. In The Event Of Failure To Have A Whole Or Part Of The Subject Of The Framework Agreement, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims Against The Employer. 6. The Detailed Scope And All The Terms Of The Execution Of The Contractual Order Will Each Time Be Specified In The Contract In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In Annex 6 To Swz Constituting A Template Of The Framework Agreement.
