The Beneficiary Wants The Acquisition Of The Surveillance Services Of The Design And Execution Activities Of The Works Related To The Project Recolling, Development And Construction Of The New Medical Ensemble Fundeni. The Insured Services Will Be In Accordance With The Obligations Provided At The Level Of The Contract Model, The Specification, As Well As In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law No. 10/1995 Regarding The Quality In Construction, Annex No. 2 At Gd No. 1/2018, Which Regulates The General And Specific Conditions Applicable In The Case Of The Design And Execution Contract Works And Of The Financing Contract Concluded With The Health Management Authority, In Order To Implement The Project. In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, But Also With The Provisions Of Art. 221 - 222 Of Law 98/2016, Any Changes That May Intervene During The Contract Period, Refer To The Situations Identified Within The Contract, Without Limiting Them. The Identified Changes Will Be Made After The Signing Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions, Only Under The Conditions In Which They Do Not Represent Substantial Changes Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of Art. 221 Para.
