The Employer Reserves The Right To Call For Explanations Of The Content Of Annex 1 To Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Features Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract For Identification, In Accordance With The Table In [Annex 1 To Swz]. 4. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Comply With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 1 To Swz) And Meet The Described Requirements. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Minimum Required Parameters Will Reject The Offer. 5. The Indicated Initial Date Of The Contract Is Supplemented Due To The Obligatory Field To Be Supplemented In The Advertisement. The Actual Date Of The Contract Will Be The Date Of Its Conclusion.
