Construction Work - Svanemøllens Cloudburst Project - Sst55_Ria - Early Works For Construction Site Establishment. This Contract Includes A Number Of Preparatory Works That Will Create The Basis For A Subsequent Major Contract. The Project Is Located In The Ryparken, Where The Area Will Act As A Shaft Workplace For The Contractor Who Takes Over The Subsequent Phase. The Primary Activity In This Contract Is The Conversion Of Two Existing Gravitational Lines, Respectively Ø1600 And Ø2000 Concrete Pipes, Over A Stretch Of About 80 Meters. The Work Includes Excavation And Disposal Of The Two Existing Pipes On A Stretch Of About 60 Meters. The Pipes Are Located At A Depth Of Up To 5.5 Meters, Which Can Cause Potential Challenges, Such As Groundwater Flow During Open Excavation. The Task Also Includes Stiffening Of Excavations As Well As A Permanent Frame Wall, Which Is Transferred To The Next Contractor. In Addition, The Contract Includes A Number Of Other Necessary Activities To Ensure A Functional And Secure Workplace For The Subsequent Contractor. This Includes The Establishment Of Noise Fences To Minimize Noise Nuisance, Construction Of Access Roads And Gates, As Well As Terrain Regulation. Gravel Pads (Sg) Will Also Be Laid Out To Create A Stable Foundation For Heavy Machinery And Equipment. Furthermore, Supply Lines Will Be Set Up To Be Used For Later Purposes.
