The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Provide The Contracting Service For The Service Of Comprehensive Gas Supply In The Form Of Natural Gas High -Mounted Gas (Group E), Consisting In The Sale Of Gas Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service, For Installations Located In The Ordering Facilities. (Ppg), Whose List Is In Annex 1 To The Contract. Cpv Code: 09123000-7 Natural Gas 2. The Gas Fuel Distribution Service To Ppg Will Take Place Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Osd-Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O.O. With Its Registered Office In Warsaw. The Contractor Declares That He Has An Appropriate Agreement For The Provision Of Dso Distribution Services, Which Shows That The Contractor Is Entitled To Conclude This Contract, Enabling The Sale Of Gas Fuel To The Installation Located In The Ordering Party Facilities, Via The Dso Distribution Network. 3. The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel, Which Will Be Delivered During The Period Of The Contract To Ppg Specified In Annex 1, Is Estimated At 3,343 908 Kwh (Subject To Any Changes Described In § 13 (2) Lit.) And F) Of The Contract Template. 4. The Amount Of Gas Fuel Volume Is Estimated On The Basis Of Current Consumption. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Total Volume Of Gas Fuel, Relative To The Amount Specified In Para. 3 §2 Of The Contract - By A Maximum Of 25%. Possible Change In The Estimated Consumption Specified In Para. 3 §2 Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Contracting Authority. The Occurrence Of The Circumstances Referred To In The Second Sentence Will Result In An Appropriate Reduction In The Remuneration Of The Contractor Due Under This Contract.
