    Network Infrastructure - Purchase Of Hardware And Software For The Needs Of Internet Access And Two -Center Access. The Order Includes The Purchase Of Network Infrastructure Devices And The Purchase Of Licenses For Selected Devices Owned By The Ordering Party Together With Additional Services Related To The Installation, Assembly And Configuration. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Contract Template - Annex 2 To Swz And Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To Swz (Annex 1 To The Contract Template). Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 1 To Swz (Annex 1 To The Contract Template), Template Of The Contract (Annex 2 To Swz), Price Calculation Of The Offer (Annex 4 To Swz) Are Confidential, Therefore, Pursuant To Art. 133 Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Purchaser Does Not Provide The Above Documents On The Party Of The Proceedings, I.E. On The Platform Available At Https://Ezamińnia.Gov.Pl In The Tab: Other Documents Of The Procedure. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer, The Employer Requests The Submission Of The Completed And Signed Technical Specification Of Equipment (Opz) As The Offer As The Subject Of The Evidence In Question As Annex 1 To Swz. Pursuant To Art. 107 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Said Means Of Evidence Together With The Offer Or The Submitted Means Of Evidence Will Be Incomplete, The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For A Call For Its Submission Or Supplementation.
