Refuse Collection Services - Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Residing From The Iwkowa Commune. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Entitled Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Residing From The Iwkowa Commune, In A Way That Ensures Relevant Recycling Levels, Preparation For Re -Use And Recovery By Other Methods, And Reduction Of The Mass Of Municipal Waste Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Transferred For Storage, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, I.E. The Act Of 14 December 2012. On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended), By The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), Executive Ordinances To The Above -Mentioned Acts And Resolutions Of The Commune Council In Iwkowa Adopted On The Basis Of The Above -Mentioned Acts. 2. These Services Consist In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Inhabited Real Estate, Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Iwkowa Commune And Waste From Real Estate On Which There Are Summer Houses Or Other Real Estate Intended For Recreational And Leisure Purposes. 3. When Implementing The Task Of Collecting And Developing Municipal Waste Collected From The Commune Of Iwkowa, The Contractor Is Obliged To Manage The Collected Municipal Waste In A Manner Consistent With The Hierarchy Of Waste Management Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan For The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Loading, Transporting And Disposal Of Waste In Regional Installations Specified In The Waste Management Plan Of The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Services, The Manner Of Execution Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Contractor Specify The Following Documents: - Annex 4 To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (In Short Opz) And - Annex 3 To Swz, I.E. Planned Provisions Of The Contract With Attachments. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Works In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To This Swz, With The Applicable Provisions And Standards In This Respect, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Designed Provisions Of The Contract, As Well As When Making Due Diligence.
