It Should Be Taken Into Account By The Tenderer That, Once The First Equipment Is Commissioned, It Is Possible To Start Designing The Location Of The Second Equipment And The Dismantling Of The Functioning X -Ray There. Penal Load Deadlines: - Installation And Commissioning Of The Ceiling Rail Device In The First Room: 180 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract; - In The Second Room, The Dismantling Of The Existing Equipment And The Installation And Commissioning Of The New X -Ray: 120 Days From The First X -Ray. The X -Ray Equipment Subject To The Contract Must Be Provided With A Minimum Of 1 Year Full Warranty And, If The Buying Option Is Drawn Up By The Contracting Authority, Will Have An Additional +1 Year Warranty For The Valuation Of The Evaluation Point Of View. The Equipment And The Associated Premises Should Be Handed Over To The Key, Which Includes The Implementation Of The Expected Architectural Condition, The Necessary Room Conversion Work, The Electrical Installation Work, The Air Technology Installations, The Replacement Of The Luminaires, The Accessibility And The Restoration Of The Installation Work. The Tenderers Must Declare The Use Of The Existing X -Ray (Eg Destruction, Sales, Use As A Component) And, In The Case Of Sales/Use, The Calculated Price Reduction Amount In The Tender.
