A Detailed Description And Method Of Implementation Of The Contract Includes A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Constituting Annex 3 To Swz: A) The Proposed Device Must Be New Free Of Defects, And Its Technical And Functional Parameters Not Lower Than The One Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz; B) The Proposed Software Must Be Free From Defects, And Its Technical And Functional Parameters Not Lower Than The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. In The Case Of Providing The Software Saved On The Media, Each Of Such Media Must Be Physically New, Have An Activation Code With Activation Instructions (Originally Packed, Secured With Tape, Without Signs Of Opening And Use). Warranty Requirements: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract Not Shorter Than: 36 Months Warranty For The Device. Pursuant To Art. 257 Pzp The Employer Provides The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him
