Sefgage, Refuse, Cleaning And Envirstal Services - Collection Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Inhabited And Uninhabited From The City Of Jawor. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Service Entitled Collection Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Inhabited And Uninhabited From The City Of Jawor. 2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Inhabited And Uninhabited Real Estate Located In The City Of Jawor And Real Estate In Residential Part, And In Part Uninhabited, On Which Municipal Waste Is Created (Hereinafter Referred To As Mixed Real Estate); 2) Equipment Of Real Estate Inhabited In Multi -Family And Single -Family Housing And Real Estate Not Resident Of Municipal Waste Containers Remaining After Segregation (Mixed Waste) And Waste Collected Selectively: Paper, Plastics And Metals, Glass, Biodegradable Waste; 3) Organizing Six Mobile Rebounds Of Tires, Furniture And Other Large -Size Waste As Well As Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment Formed On Residing Real Estate; 4) Organizing Six Takes Of Outdated Drugs From 10 Pharmacies; 5) Organizing Four Collections Of Clothing And Textiles; 6) Transfer Of Reports, Reports And Reports On The Implementation Of The Order. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Volume Iii Swz. 4. The Contracting Authority Has Made Every Effort So That No Trade Name For The Company, Goods Or Product Should Include Any Trade Name In The Order Documents. If The Commercial Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Order Documents, It Is Only An Informative Nature. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Employ People Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act. The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Which Relate To Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship By The Contractor Performing Activities During The Performance Of The Order, A Detailed Way To Verify The Employment Of These Persons, The Contracting Authority In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractor By The Contractor Complied With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And Sanctions For Failure To Comply With These Requirements And The Other Requirements In This Respect Are Specified In The Draft Contract, Which Is Volume Ii Swz.
