Place where services required: Sentech Octave Street - Radiokop - Johannesburg - 2040 Special conditions: Because this is a NPK site bidders need to note the below: Bidder needs to complete Annexure A Sentech NKP Site Visit Indemnity Form and return it to Sentech at Quotations5@sentech.co.za before coming to site Bidder needs to complete the Annexure B Sentech NKP Visit Request Form and returned to Sentech at Quotations5@sentech.co.za before coming to site A valid certified copy of a Police clearance certificate (PCC) needs to be attached and returned to Sentech at Quotations5@sentech.co.za before coming to site A form for every person of the construction team that will visit the site needs to be completed. A compulsory site visit will be scheduled and communicated to complying bidders.
