Accounting, Auditing And Fiscal Services – Accountancydiensten. The Purpose Of The Tender Is As Follows: To Conclude An Agreement With One (1) Tenderer For Providing Accountancy Services. With The Tender, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Be Able To Engage An Independent External Party For The Audit Of The Financial Statements. This Enables The Contracting Authority To Answer Responsibility In A Responsible Manner And To Comply With The Applicable Laws And Regulations. The Contracting Authority Expects The Contracted Tenderer To Provide The Following Services: • Certifying Function Aimed At Providing (Approving) Statements In The Annual Accounts For The Faithfulness And Legality Section And With (Partial) Accounts; • The (Natural) Advisory Function, Arising From And Connected To The Certification Requirement.
