    Lift-Maintentance Services-Maintenance And Large Maintenance And Dinvestment Works On The Park Of Elevators, Highlights And Elevators Of People. The Market Is An Extensive Denture Contract Including Minimum Dentretian Provisions As Defined By Regulations, Due For The Minimum Clause Contract To Which An Obligation Of Repair And Replacement Are Added, Under This Contract, Important Documents Whose List Is Established In The C.C.T.P. The Services Included In This Contract Are Remunerated By Overall And Flat -Rate Price Indicated In The Context Of The Decomposition Of The Overall And Flat -Rate Price (Annex 1 With Dengagement Lacte). Given The Uncertain Number Of Interventions Requested During The Year, The Market Is A Mono-Attribute Framework Agreement, Which In Part, In Part, In Order Pleas, Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-4 2 °, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Order Thresholds To Intervene, For All The Services, Are As Follows: - No Minimum Annual Amount; - Annual Maximum Amount: 800,000.00 Euros Excl. Distributed As Follows Between The Members Of The Order Group: Municipality Of Puteaux: - No Minimum Annual Amount; - Annual Maximum Amount: 750,000.00 Euros Excl. C.C.A.S. Of Puteaux: - No Minimum Annual Amount; - Annual Maximum Amount: 50,000.00 Euros Excl. Estimated, The Contracting Authority Could Order Up To 400,000.00 Euros H.T. Of Services Per Year For The City, And Up To 25,000.00 Euros H.T. Of Services Per Year For The C.C.A.S. (For The Performance Of Services). These Amounts Are In No Way Contractual And Could Be Evolving.
