    Bus Shelters - Delivery And Assembly Of 90 Pieces Of Stop Shelters In The City Of Białystok. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery And Assembly Of 90 Pcs Of Bus Stops In The City Of Bialystok. 2. Delivery Scope Of Work Covered By The Order: Delivery And Assembly Of 90 Pcs Of Old Town With An Aluminum Structure, Made In Accordance With The Terms And On The Basis Of Design Documentation, Contained In Annex 6 To Swz Constituting The Draft Contract. 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Contract Specified In The Contract And Swz In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, As Well As The Changes Agreed With The Ordering Parties Taken During The Implementation Of The Work. 2) The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum Of 48 Month Warranty For The Work Done. 3) The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Takes Into Account The Requirements Of Availability For Disabled People In Accordance With Art. 100 Of The Pzp Act - The Requirement To Place A Board At A Height Enabling Reading To People In A Wheelchair And Leaving Space (No Bench) Enabling A Stroller To Drive To The Board And Shelter Under The Shelter.
