The Subject Of The Contract Is The Sale (Delivery) Of Electricity In The Stock Market In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Provisions Of The Minister Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of 22 March 2023 On The Detailed Conditions Of The Functioning Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 819) To The Ordering Points Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Purchase 100% Of The Volume Of Electricity Consumed During The Performance Of The Contract Based On The So -Called The Stock Market Model, I.E. Based On The Stock Market Ratings Of The Terminal Contracts Market, Published On The Commission Website Of The Energy Stock Exchange S.A. (Tge) I.E. An Annual Band Contract (Base_Y) Or A Quarterly Band Contract (Base_Q) (Relevant To A Given Sales Period) And For Stock Market Ratings Of The Next Day (Rdn), Published On The Tge Website. 6. In The Event That The Contracting Authority Within The Time Limit Indicated In The Concluded Contract Does Not Decide On The Order Of Energy Within The Framework Indicated In Para. 6 Above The Base_Y And Base_Q Contracts Covering 100% Of The Volume Of Electricity Used In A Given Monthly Sales Period, The Remaining Part For Which The Price Will Not Be Determined Will Be Settled Based On The Price Determined On The Basis Of The Listing Of The Next Day Market (Rdn) Of The Commodity Stock Exchange Energy S.A. The Contracting Authority Will Grant The Contractor An Appropriate Power Of Attorney To Notify The Contracting Authority On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority The Sale Of Electricity
