Construction-Related Services – Framework Agreement For Glazier Services. The Contract For Glazier Services Includes, Among Other Things, Planned Maintenance Work, Emergency Improvement Work And Minor Renovation Projects. The Municipality ́S Buildings Are Comprehensive And Made Up Of Many Different Types Of Residences, Such As Antiquarian Buildings Such As 1890S Farms, Newer Blocks Of Flats, Older Wooden Houses Etc. The Housing Mass Includes I.A. Schools, Nurseries, Sheltered Accommodations, Nursing Homes, Health Centres, Operating Buildings, Sports Theatres In The Field, Drug And Alcohol Institutions, Sports Buildings, Office Buildings And Other Public Buildings. The Contract Does Not Include: Assignments That Are Connected To Building And Construction Works (Including Contract Assignments). Examples Of Such Assignments Are Engineering Design Services And Construction Management Services - Assignments Where The Cultural Heritage Management Office Sets Requirements In Relation To Listed And Preservation Worthy Buildings That The Chosen Supplier(S) Cannot Fulfil - Assignments Where The Chosen Tenderer(S) Do Not Have The Necessary Authorisations/Approvals In Accordance With Requirements In Security Graded Assignments (See The Section Below Regarding Special Considerations).
