    Event Services - Ensuring The Organization Of A Series Of Training Workshops In The Field Of Service And Functionality Of The Central Records Of Buildings (Ceeb). 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Ensure The Organization Of A Series Of Training Workshops In The Field Of Service And Functionality Of The Central Register Of Emission Of Buildings For Employees Of Local Government Units, Officers Of Municipal Guard And Other Bodies Introducing Data To Ceeb From The Lesser Poland Voivodeship. In Total, 8 Workshops Are Planned, During Which Issues Regarding Data Verification And Records In The Ceeb System, Identification Of Heating Sources, As Well As Issues Related To The Requirements Set By The Air Protection Program (Pop) And The Applicable Anti -Smog Resolutions Will Be Discussed. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Is Annex 1D To Swz And It Will Be Introduced As An Attachment To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Entered Into The Public Procurement Contract - The Contract Template And Constitute Annex 1C To Swz (They Are Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. The Ordering Party According To The Disposal Arising From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract.
