With This Tender, Avans Wants To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Delivery Of Photo And Video Equipment, Including Additional Services Such As Installation, Maintenance And Warranty Handling. The Aim Is To Realize Uniform Price And Service Agreements, Clear Responsibilities And A Sustainable Price/Quality Ratio. In This Way Avans Contributes To Continuity And Support Of Education, Legitimate Use Of Resources And Future -Proof Cooperation. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is Approximately € 80,000 Per Year (Including Vat). Based On A Duration Of Six (6) Years, The Total Estimated Value Therefore Comes To Approximately € 480,000 (Including Vat). This Estimate Is Only Indicative And Dependent On The Available Financial Resources And Developments In Education, Such As Changes In Educational Modules, Fluctuating Student Numbers And/Or Strategic Choices Of Avans.
