The Subject Of The Contract Is To Carry Out All Works And Construction Works And Works Related To:-Replacement Of A Passenger And Tower Crane (Elevator) Located Between B And C Buildings At The Neurosurgery Clinic Of The Provincial Combined Hospital In Kielce, In Particular The Implementation Of Works In The Scope Of: • Developing Complete Technical Documentation (Assembly And Registration) For The Implementation Of The Personality And Its Percentage Of The Person The Reconciliation And Approval In Udt Together With The Performance Of The Necessary Technical Expertise Of The Elevator Shaft In Terms Of Strength, • Disassembly And Utilization Of The Existing Passenger And Threatened Crane, • Performing The Necessary Construction-Adaptation Of The Elevator Shaft And Delivery Along With The Assembly And Launch Of A Brand New And Complete Personality-Tongue Crane And Participation In The Receipt Of Cranes By The Office Of Technical Inspection (Together With The Payment Of The Costs Of Testing And Registration Of Cranes) And Obtaining A Permit For The Use By The Competent Administrative Body Of The Installed Personality And Threatened Crane • Resurs Execution For A Crane Device In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Entrepreneurship And Technology Of 30 October 2018 On The Technical Conditions Of Technical Supervision In The Field Of Operation, Repair And Modernization Of Equipment, Repair And Modernization Of Equipment Close Transport (Journal Of Laws 2018.2176). The Contractor Also Undertakes To Guard The Deadlines Of The Resurses And Inform The Employer About The Expiry Of The Period Of Admission To The Use Of A Given Part/Subassembly Of A Crane Device From 6 A Month In Advance, • Provision Of Maintenance Services, Maintenance Of A Personality And Threatening Crane In The Scope And Dates Provided By The Manufacturer And The Provision Of Free Repairs And Service In Order To Maintain The Crane Device In Continuous Efficiency.
