Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Modernization Of The Electrical Installation At The Primary School In Zrębice2. The Material Scope Of The Order Is Submitted To The Following Works: 2.1. The Electrical Installation Is Included In, Among Others, One) Installation Of The Main Switchgear Rg2) Installation Of The R1 Peripheral Switchgear; Rkuch; R2, Rinf; R3; R43) Installation Of Internal Electrical Installation:- Basic And Emergency Lighting Installation,- Plug-In Sockets Installations,- Gym Installation- Equipment Supply Installation4) Anti-Tire Protection5) Anti-Recessage Protection2.2. Execution Of Gravitational Ventilation In Rooms:- On The Ground Floor Secretariat And Room 1 And On The First Floor, Room 7 And 8- On The First Floor, Room 10 On The First Floor, Room 11- On The Ground Floor, Kindergarten Room- In The Basement Of The Boiler Room. 3. Organization Of Executive Works: Organizational Details Related To The Implementation Of Work The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The Headmaster Of The Primary School In Zrębice. Works Should Be Organized In Such A Way As To Ensure Continuity Of Functioning And Conducting School Classes And To Minimally Reduce Any Disturbance In The Functioning Of The School. All Works Will Be Carried Out At The Active Facility Of The Primary School In Zrębice. Therefore, The Contractor Is Required To Plan And Carry Out Works, In The Least Burdensome Way For The Proper Functioning Of The School, While Guaranteeing The Safety Of Students, School Staff And Other People Staying On The Facility. The Contractor Should Make Efforts To Limit Any Inconvenience Related To The Work Implemented, Including The Provisions Regarding The Permissible Noise Level At Individual Hours Of Day. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree On Working Hours With The School Head. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree With The School Headmaster Of Organizations Conducted At The Construction Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Schedule For The Implementation Of Construction Works With The School Head. The Agreed And Signed Schedule Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party. All Changes To The Schedule Should Be Accepted By The School Head And Then Submitted To The Employer.
