To Confirm The Above Principle, The Contractor Will Be Obliged, For Example, To: 1) Compliance With Applicable Environmental Protection Regulations At The Construction Stage; 2) Presenting Cards, Declarations Certificates Confirming The Origin, Quality, Safety Of The Materials And Devices Used; 3) Waste Segregation; 4) Ordering The Construction Site After Completion Of Construction Works; 5) Removal Of Waste Generated During The Execution Of Waste Works In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste; 6) Conducting Activities Effectively Preventing Noise, Dust And Pollution Emissions; 7) Conducting Works In The Daytime; 8) Organizing, Maintaining The Construction Site; 9) Security And Protection Of The Construction Site. 1.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Scope Of Works Indicated In The Draft Contract, In The Project Documentation, Specified In The Form Of A Technical Description Or In Drawings Or At The Same Time In The Description And In The Drawings.
